This walk AINT easy
So, let’s just be real for a second.. This walk with Christ? It’s not easy.
I fall.
I stumble.
And somehow.. God catches me every single time.
He hears every cry — even the ones that don’t make it past the lump in my throat. The ones where I’m too tired to pray, so all I can say is “Lord, please.”
People make it seem like following Christ means life will suddenly be full of sunshine, sparkles, and perfectly filtered blessings. Actually.. It’s more like — spiritual warfare, tears at midnight, and learning how to trust when you don’t see a way out.
Because the truth is, the moment you start walking with Christ, the enemy starts running his mouth louder. He’ll throw distractions your way, try to bring back what you prayed your way out of, and whisper lies just to make you second guess your worth.
That’s why we have to put on the full armor of God.
Not half. THE FULL ARMOR.
Because if we’re not prayed up, we’re open targets.
And let’s be honest, the enemy knows exactly what buttons to press.
There were times I slipped up more times than I could count. Instead of depending on Jesus, I depended on alcohol.
Instead of praying, I poured another glass.
Instead of crying out to God, I was crying into a drink.
And yet, God still met me there.
Not in a judgmental way, but in a graceful way.
He reminded me: “Daughter, I never left you.”
No, I’m not the perfect Christian.
I don’t have it all together.
I still make mistakes.
But you know what? The devil loves to keep us stuck in shame.
He doesn’t want us to repent. He wants to fill our heads with lies:
“You keep messing up.”
“God’s tired of forgiving you.”
“You’ll never change.”
Lies.
Every. Single. One.
God’s grace doesn’t run out just because you fell short again. His love doesn’t expire. And repentance? It’s not about perfection — it’s about surrender.
So if you’re reading this and you feel distant from God..
if you’ve been numbing your pain instead of praying through it..
if you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll get right tomorrow”..
Let this be your sign: Repent today. Start over today.
Don’t wait for a perfect moment, because it may never come. Let God meet you right where you are: Messy, broken, unsure, because that’s exactly where He does His best work.
If you’ve found something in this message stirring your heart — if you’re saying, “I’m done running. I’m ready to change.” Please reach out to me. You don’t have to walk this road alone. We’re all becoming who God called us to be — one stumble, one prayer, one step at a time.🤍

This message of truth is both timely and deeply needed! Over time, faith has too often been reduced to mere ideology, one that overlooks the real and raw challenges believers face in their walk with God. Yet, it is the power and presence of the Holy Spirit that strengthens us to persevere through life’s trials and remain steadfast in hope.
I truly commend your vulnerability and courage, not to magnify the struggle or bow to victimhood, but to offer a message of wisdom, faith, and resilience that uplifts and inspires others to press on in grace.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” — Acts 1:8
Thank you for your vulnerability in this post. Truly, "The day of salvation is now." 2 Corinth 6:2
